To ensure the longevity of your House of Marne jewelry, please keep your pieces away from perfumes, creams, and harsh chemicals. If your piece gets wet, gently pat it dry and store it in a dry place. For optimal preservation, we recommend keeping your items in their original pouch when not in use.
Certain stones, due to their nature, are delicate and fragile. To maintain their condition, please take care to avoid dropping them or exposing them to harsh impacts. Handle your pieces gently while packing.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
You have the right to cancel the agreement of purchase without justification within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product(s). Inform us at contact@houseofmarne.com within this period. Kindly include your name and order number in your email. Product(s) must be shipped back within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product(s).
The product(s) must be returned in original packaging. You must ensure, that the product(s) are properly packed as you are responsible for the package until we receive it. The product(s) you return must be in the same condition as it was received. If the product(s) has been clearly used, you will lose your right to cancellation.
We recommend that you save the postal receipt as proof that you have delivered the package to the carrier. Please note your order reference number on your parcel, so we can easily detect your order.
You have to bear the cost of returning the product(s) yourself when you return a purchase.
Upon return of the product(s), we will refund the payment received from you related to the specific order and product(s). This does not include delivery cost. The refund will happen as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after the returned product(s) has been received.
The refund will be made to the source of the original purchase unless otherwise agreed or deemed necessary. Shipping costs ars not covered within the refund. Please note that products purchased directly from our website cannot be exchanged at one of our retailers.
We currently do not offer online exchanges. Please return the product for a refund and place a new order.
